Actually its not really the drum set to worry about, but the bass. Its hard to hear guitar over bass if the amp is too small. But ya 30-50 watts should work just fine.

I'd have to agree there I have a couple pedals but you can't use them all the time!! I'd go for the tube unless you have a really good amp already then I can see a reason to wait on that.

yeah, ive got my eyes set on a Traynor YCV80. check it out.
