Hey all of you Martin 15 series owners......
I need a new set of strings on my 000-15. I was wondering what you guys were using. I have a couple sets of Elixers left but I wasn't sure if I wanted to put those on or not. I want to keep that deep woody tone intact. Just curious to see if uncoated strings would sound better on it than coated.

anyway, i'd suggest picking up a set of d'addario ej17's(mediums) for a nice warm bassy tone.. go to lights or extra lights if you want more treble. Other then that, i'd say it's all personal preference
