hofner is getting me angry!!!!!

i emailed hofner with pictures and said exactly what i want to know about it. the guy tells me what model it might be. he doesnt tell me whats in the model or how much it might be worth. i look for the model on google and find it. theres some pictures. it looks nothing like my guitar (mines fancier(?)).. anyway dude from hofner said it was a 492... i dont know about that... if you wanna see pictures to help go to the site in my signature

i reasked my information and the dude says it looks like a later 492 model. he also said he needs specific pictures. i sent him the pictures. im obviously not gonna get any help from this dude

been trying to get to a guitar shop for 3 months. its not easy when you dont have a ride and theyre all far away.
