the effects that dude can get are awesome!

it's exactly what i'm looking for, in fact. i love the acoustic guitar, i think its subtleties make it a far superior instrument to the electric, but sometimes i really wish i could hook up a nice little blusey electric solo in a bridge or something...

so...which effects pedal should i buy? one that won't kick my ass financially, and will allow my chet to sound like a les paul for a little while.

any help is appreciated.
