I actually used it quite a bit for electric and was just never very impressed. I don't get too crazy with delay and acoustic and I admit that the DD5 does all I need for both acoustic and electric.RunsWithBuffalo wrote:You know i felt the same way about my DL4 until i started playing electric through it. You can get some crazy sounds with it when you have feedback and distortion going but with an acoustic, i think most people would be better off with a dd3 for delays.GuitarGuy305 wrote:Yeah, I used to have one too. It was nice to be able to loop with it and then use the delay of the DD-5 on top of it, but I always found the 14 seconds very limiting and I was never very impressed with the delays on the DL4. On top of that I actually had two DL4s because my first one stopped working abruptly and I had to get a replacement. Since then I've always thought Line 6 kind of makes crap. I do want to try some of the Tunecore pedals though.btbesong wrote:the DL4 is a waste of money. i bought one and regret it. dont buy it.
