Possible help with muting?

Could anyone make a vid of any dave song like; nancies, liog, or jimi thing, or smts etc.....and show the muting. I am having such a problem with muting it's not even funny. I cannot F*^&ing mute, as of right now!! I just don't have any examples to go by. All of the videos are shot with only the fret fingerings and the ones that actually show the strumming are B&W and too far away. I would appreciate NE one's help. Thanks Everybody!!
