cool edit pro 2.0 question...HELP

Just dl'ed it and im trying to figure out something...I read about someone using their socom headset as a microphone...I have one and im trying to figure out if i can play both my guitar and use the headset microphone at the same time, so i can play and sing simultaneously obvioulsy....Can i do this, or do i have to use separate tracks for the guitar and for the vocals...Please Help

You would need a converter for that i believe , on another note though , we don't like talking about downloaded things on the boards ;)
