Ok, I know how to using CEP BASICALLY. I want to make my first "good' recording. How do you go about doing it?

The song I am doing is 128 bpm. Do I make a click track? I did that, and the clicks aren't even matching up with the tempo bar at the bottom. Weird! Is there a better way to do this? How do you guys matc up the tempo to everything? I am frustrated.

I could do it sloppy, but I would rather do it the right way.
