the simple guitar strumming pretty simple but works well with your vocal melody. Just a suggestion but play around with the tempo. You might find you like the groove when it's a little faster. It's pretty solid now but it's always good to experiment if you haven't already. I think this would sound great with subtle drums and a bass. Perhaps have them wait until after the first chorus to enter. It would diversify the track and keep it engaging. Just an idea if you decide to rerecord it. Overall the lyrics do convey the melancholy pretty well. I'd say it's got alot going for it. Good job, sir.
