i just did this two seconds ago, one take..added chorus to make it sound spacey like the radio verison..haha. vocals are not top notch and i know this..my first recording since getting my tonsils out. those high notes are hard to hit. anyways i thought it was fun so i decided to post it.

I like it. It's hard to tell how your voice is doing now since the surgery with the chorus masking it, but I liked it. I'm not familiar with the song at all, but I kept waiting for the the intensity to build a little towards the end to a big chorus, but again, I'm unfamiliar with the original. Nice work. Rock on Whitster.
