Three new songs.
don't kid yourself and don't fool yourself
this love's too good to last and i'm too old to dream
don't grow up too fast don't embrace the past
this life's too good to last and i'm too young to care
don't kid yourself and don't fool yourself
this life could be the last and we're too young to see
this love's too good to last and i'm too old to dream
don't grow up too fast don't embrace the past
this life's too good to last and i'm too young to care
don't kid yourself and don't fool yourself
this life could be the last and we're too young to see

pigs- Wow this tune is amazing, it starts out kinda slow, but when the female vocals and the cello kick in, damn. Great lyrics that really let the listener know whats going on but beats around the bush alot, which is fun. Very nice song!
you said you said - once again solid lyrics but has a very similar feel to the first song. There is nothing wrong with the simple chord progression, but it kinda gets old. The background moans and bells are pretty neat and may be under used. Whoa I wasnt expecting the explosion at the end, very cool, but i stopped listenind after that because i was bored.
you voice and writing style kinda reminds me of damien rice.
Seasons greetings- Very chill feel, the picking and the gental drum beats fit this song very good, and the rain sound at the start is very nice. But once again it gets kinda boring around the five minute mark.
overall I enjoyed the fuck out of listening to your songs, pig is fucking awesome. Thanks for posting.

Hey Sean, if that is your real name? Pigs is pretty great. Your voice kinda reminds me of David ford a bit, but not quite as pitchy as his (which is a good thing). The cellos are awesome. I need to find one of them cello players, they can add so much to a song if their good. Lyrics are solid as said before, and the song quietly hums along in a very pleasant way. I really enjoyed this one. One of the more pleasing things i've heard on this board.
The second song is a little slow as six strings said earlier. The bells and hums are nice but as it stands there isnt enough there to keep me to the end of the song.
Seasons greetings sort of have the same lovey subject as the other songs. Perhaps you enjoy the love songs. The subject can get a little tired though, at least for me. The lyrics are good, dont get me wrong, I'd just suggest trying to move away to other subjects too. But this is solid, I liked it more than the second song. It still meanders a bit though, maybe a barre section or something of that nature to break it up a bit more.
Overall pigs was my favourite. I'd like to hear more from you. Good Work

I listened to Pigs. The song is really great. I love your melody, and your lyrics seem not forced an honest. Your voice is pure and the female voice suits it very well (she should sings harmonies though, not just octaves). However, given all of this, it's just too strong on the Damien Rice. There has to be something you can do to add more of yourself in it. I can really see talent in you, and I'd hate to see you waste it on something that to me feels half original.
Very strong stuff though. I'd just like to see a little less of your influence bleeding through. Did you write the cello arrangements?
