Hey guys.. need some help. Here's an audio file of something I could probably use as an intro. Just need suggestions on where to go from here. Just looking at strumming some chords over it or after it or something.. whaddya think?

Sorry about the obnoxious ring.. crappy mic, and my guitar rings overtones like crazy.
Capo on 4
Thanks,
Rick

Well if you slowed it down, it would be the start of the bridge on Digging a Ditch.
Since it's a D chord + four frets, that equals F#
D --> D# --> E --> F --> F#
Maybe add some other F# chords in other layers and really build it up.
Play 244322 with no capo.
Play a normal D shape with the capo on 4
Should sound cool if you loop things and do layers.
