I feel I should post here

Unread post by 6_strings_for_life » Mon Dec 12, 2005 6:15 pm

Ive been visiting this part of the boards for quite sometime now and I feel I should contribute. Here is me doing the stone, and two originals. The first one is a instrumental. Theses were all recorded in my room over thanksgiving break. They are just one take, so sometimes they dont sound the best. Just let me know what you think...

you have a great voice. it's kind of out of key with the guitar though. (at least on the Stone)

I really love your voice though...great songs!

Nice guitar playing. As for vocals, the sound of your voice isnt bad, but honestly it sounds as if you are tone deaf. I'm not trying to be mean here, just trying to help you improve.

The best idea may be to pick notes on the fretboard and try to match each note with your voice. Or pick an easy song with major chords to help you develop a sense of staying on key with your voice. You have potential just need to develop a sense of pitch.
I'll play it first and tell you what it is later.
