Any John Gorka fans?

Unread post by GreedylilPig » Wed Sep 28, 2005 5:14 pm

I've been a big fan of John Gorka for a number of years now and have always wanted to post a cover of one of his songs. Are there any Gorka fans out there and if so, are there any songs in particular you'd like to hear covered, or perhaps collaborate on?

I've not heard of John Gorka. What type of music does he play?

Folk. Excellent songwriter, in my opinion - covers a huge array of emotions. Has a rather baritone voice. Prefers Martin guitars. Nice guy, too; saw him in Kentucky last year. He stopped by every table and chatted for a bit. I can't really think of anyone to draw a likeness to. I recommend checking him out.

Jack's Crows, After Yesterday, or Between Five and Seven (his 6th album). Hope you enjoy his work.
