Ants and LIOG covers

Hey guys this is my first post. I have a little makeshift studio in my basement which consists of a computer, a computer mic, a guitar, and a keyboard. I do the best i can with my songs and i just want to know what you guys think of them. I am a seft taught guitar player so i would like to here your feedback. Click the link then in the next window click download file, and on the next screen click download file again, that should do it. If not IM me and ill send it to you that way.

The drums throw Ants off for me. The guitar is pretty good, but there's not much of a flow with the drums played repeated like that over it. Your vocals aren't bad but you kinda stretch to hit the falsetto too much, just let it be natural.

LIOG needs some work on the Verse and the "I'm blown away..." part. The vocals are reaching again. The voicings are wrong here and there. Really sit down with the songs and just feel it whilst playing. The jame is decent though.

Not bad overall, how long have been playing?

Huge props for having the balls to post these. Keep at it, it sounds like you have some talent.

thanks for the critique. I have been playing for about 3 years now. Im going to sit down with LIOG and try and work it out better. If you have the time to download my original song and listen to that, that would be great. I really want some feedback on that song too. Thanks
