how to use yousendit

I did a search and did not really see anything about this in the first couple of pages so I thought I would ask. Forgive me if this is a common question. I have some songs that I am itching to get up here for critique but I don't know how to do it. Someone said they would "host" them for me, but I am sure he is busy and has not had a chance to mess with it. Is there a way I can get them straight from my computer to yousendit and then to the site? I am new to all this recording stuff and I would appreciate any help I can get. I don't really understand computer jargon so laymens terms please. Thank you kindly andy

Go to the site, and it'll have a few fields for you to fill in. You don't have to worry about the address you're sending it to, just leave that blank. Then click the browse button to find the file you want to send, then after you upload it, it'll give you a link. copy and paste the link and you're done
