Norwegian Wood

Unread post by DMBFan63 » Sun Jan 23, 2005 3:51 am

I decided to do a Norwegian Wood cover. I fucked up on guitar once, and my vocals are bad as always. I believe this is the first time i've ever posted a cover with vocals, so give me some slack.

P.S. I sing very flat..so it's off key

you seem to know the song well, vocals were a little flat but after initially reading your post they were better than expected. just a note: I've always preferred playing this song in D, I'm not sure why, but the main riff can be played in the exact hand position and almost the exact same notes as Grace is Gone, I really like to combine the two. Anyway, just an idea if you wanted to try it. Nice job on a nice song though.

Actually, I just recently started playing the song, about a week ago. Thanks for the comments. I play the song capo 2nd, which I think makes it in E? I'm too tired to think right now.. I wish I knew it standard tuning so I can add fullness to it. once again, thanks

Thanks bro. Yea, I know my vocals are flat, I can't help that because I don't practice singing often. Maybe I'll practice the song more and try to get them on key
