Okay, I'm going to try again and see what you guys think. I did ants marching and my own song before last time. I also wanted to ask you guys if you record your guitar track 1st and then sing over top of it? I find that really hard to do, it's like singing and playing at the same time makes things easier for me. Does that make any sense?

Thanks James

James...I'm at work now and can't download it...leave it up longer this time, no matter how bad someone disses you, so I can listen when I get home.

Also, haven't forgotten about calling you...just been very busy lately

Sounds good :)
Sometimes you sound a little unsure of yourself in the opening rythym. Your vocals sound nice. I tried doing the vocals and guitar on seperate tracks also, I couldnt do it  So i did both at the same time and sacrificed some sound qualitly. All and all very nice job :D

It was good, but I think you could improve on the rhythm. Cool beans. :D

The rhythm and strumming patterns were off but this is one of the tougher songs to get down. I am still trying and have been for a couple weeks at least. The vocals seemed a little out of key also. How did you record this? Did you multitrack? If not, recording the vocals and guitar seperately would help a lot I think.

intro: interesting take on the rhythm... it isnt as fluid as dave's but it can work if you put more energy into it. im sure you know the issues with your voice so i wont point them out here. Rhythm definitely gets off at a few spots... btu then again i wouldnt even attempt to cover this one live... not worth the energy it takes plus i dont care for this song enough to want to cover it... so i give you props for doing it:)
