Stay

Unread post by jkanter » Thu Mar 06, 2003 4:02 pm

Well, I don't know if it's a coincedence or anything.....but I borrowed my friends Seymour Duncan soundhole pickup last night for my Martin....and had a Talk session w/ Jason, and he asked me to play Stay. It sounded good so I told him I was going to record it and post it......well, an hour later he had his up...hmmmmm....ha, just joking, all good.

Anyway, here's Stay as performed by Jared Kanter.....I only played it once and there are some mistakes but hell, who doesn't...I like it....lemme know, peace all

Random movie quote to make you seem hip and "with it": I'm thinking about getting metal legs. It's a risky operation, but it'll be worth it.

hey kanter, you do play this well bro...the first riff seems like you lose rhythm a couple times(for that, it's just more practice)...the verse sounds good...maybe a little louder...the jam sounds pretty good actually, but there could be some brushing up...why dont you take a listen to my clip on under the topic "Stay Jam!!!"...I just landed the jam a few nights ago actually...anyway, see if you wouldnt get something out of listening to my clip(I played it kinda slow too...)....I also have a tab for it that might help, as I have already given it out to several other people...anyway, good playing bro, later...
