A LOVE STORY........................

Let me paint the picture:

Date: 5-2-02

Location: San Antonio, Texas; Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre.

Seat: Front Row Seats...a little to the left.

Story: Emotions running high, heart is pounding as it is about time for dave to introduce the first band...

Dave steps out onto the stage and I start screaming my head off...

There are only a few people there because DMB doesnt come on until another hour and a half...

Dave says "How Yall Doing this evening".....and I am screaming inside and out...

so he introduces the first band and starts walking off stage, as I am debating screaming something at him or not....

so what seemed like 2 hours later.....2 seconds later, I scream "HEY DAVE!"

HE looks back, we make eye contact and he waves directly to me as I am the only one around!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ran to all my friends and family and say "dave...he fuckin waved to me...oh my god!!!!!!!!"

I could have left the show and been satisfied at that point.........I basked in the thought for another hour or so until the concert started.................

just thought I'd share!!! peace out!!!

if someone can write a song about shoes and make money off it you can make a song about your prozac :lol:
