Trouble posting songs

I made an account and everything with angelfire and did everything that the sticky up there told me to. But the links to the song I uploaded wont come up on the page. I first put the song name in the title box but I figured out that was wrong. But when I put it in the URL box it still didnt come up. The actual websites I put in there wouldnt show up either. Anyone know what Im doing wrong or know of any other free sites that are easier to manage?
