Ants Marching and my contest Billies
K...I made an Ants Marching cover...it was my first time mixing to tracks so that is why it may not sound that good....I didn't know what I was doing.
Also, my billies for the supposed contest (whenever it gets going) is there and I wouldn't mind some feedback on the two...oryou can pick one to critique...please.

Cave........That came out fantastic. I thought your Tim fills fit really well....nice job with the slide and reverb. THe strumming on Dave's part was all right on......excellent job. You get such quality recordings. Are you just playing into a computer mic and using something like Cool Edit Pro? If so....that sounds great.

Yeah that's it. I didn't even use any reverb. That was just me and the acoustic guitar into the comp mic. I then used cool edit pro to mix it.IronMike778 wrote:Cave........That came out fantastic. Tank ya vedy mudge!! seriously thanks, yours was really good too, and so is dmbfanjason's. I recorded it again today with a little more GUT to the vocals, but I fucked up at the end so I said screw it. I have a hard time with vocal loudness. just curious, how long have you been singin'?
