My Cover of Tim in Typical Situation

Ok, last night I tried to figure out the lead at Luther College, and all seems well :D . I have all of the main parts down, I just need to re-record them (this is an early work)...this particular MP3 has mostly improv around some of the main riffs Tim uses in the song, but I believe I have all of the parts by now, and will be recording the whole thing soon :wink:

It's Philip...thanks for the kind words...this is the first Tim solo I have worked on...I have been practicing this off and on sice last night (between shoolwork :wink: )...I would like to do a cover of the whole thing at some point soon...hey man, why don't you put up some stuff...I'm sure it would be great dude!

P.S. isn't it hard to play a solo on a guitar not made for it (i.e. chet)

thats no excuse at all, I am just not satisfied with the overall sound of the lead guitar :(

ebony beauty eh? I love it, but sometimes...heck often, you need that Martin or Lakewood sound :) ...and those strings or whatever Tim uses to get his awesome sounding guitar!

actually i have the acoustic natural faced one, fell in love after watching woodstock. saving up for maybe a martin or an upper end takamine, not sure yet. yeah, i have the mp3's on my comp.
