Help with Cakewalk Sonar 2.1!

so i just picked up cakewalk sonar 2.1

i have no clue how to use it, i'm using audacity right now which a chimp could use.

i wanted cakewalk, because its more profressional, now, i need to learn it. i dont even know how to import audio tracks, someone help!


ps (dont tell me to read the instruction manual, thats not an option)
