holy shit man....that was incredible. like really, I would put that on my iPod...

but really, the guitar is fabulous. the vocals were excellent, even though there were a few times when the struggled a bit - but hardly noticable.

but really, i'm still in shock.

actually let me do you a favor and upload that to my website so angelfire doesn't screw you over :)

That was awesome. The second guitar part was simple yet so powerful Excellent !!

Cold Play is fine I guess. No, That whole spiel was for a research project. I had to get some tempers flaring to get true results. Anyway, whocares that recording rocked.

Damn nice Miguel. That DI sounds really really nice. Your playing sounded real sweet even though I have only heard this song maybe once or twice. The fills were really cool and well done as well. Vocals are amazing as always. I could see you singin some David Gray pretty well. Maybe even some Smashing Pumpkins. Lets hear some more.

Great job Miguel. I really dig the song, and you played and sang it damn well. I've noticed a marked improvement in your mixing/recording abilities...wow. Have you purchased some new equipment lately?

Thanks everyone, much appreciated.

Mikey, I used the tab off of http://www.justspies.com but the lead guitar I just played it by ear. I'll tab it and PM it to you.
If anyone else is interested then let me know and i'll post it.

Michael, the only real difference is the Sansamp Acoustic DI that I bought a few weeks ago. This thing is incredible. It's pretty amazing how many different guitar sounds that I can get out of this thing with minimal tweaking. I highly recommend them.

As for the mixing, I just spent a little more time on this one. Was kinda fun. Still using cooledit though.

On that Sansamp Acoustic DI could it be used easily in a live performance situation? By that I mean could you make any preset settings that could be switched with a pedal or easy adjustment? I really don't know too much about that stuff but I'm buying my live equipment on Tuesday so I'm trying to gather up info on what would be best to get.

Yeah it could be, it's pretty easy to use once know what sound you're looking for. I use it live and it works really well.
