P.S. You are in drop C right?
Yeah Im in drop C, a slowed down version would help so much, like start out real slow and gradually bring it up to actual speed, if you could do anything like that it would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, you know how when your in normal tuning and the 5th fret e sounds like the open a string, and in drop d the 7th fret e string sounds like the open a, well tune down once more so the 9th fret e string sounds like the open a. Understand, hopefully, or if youve got a tuner with C on it just tune the e down till it comes in I guess (mine doesnt have c as an option)

Alright, I still really want that sound clip but Ive never actually tried this song for more than 5 minutes cuz it always seems so hard and I must say in the past two hours Ive actually been sticking to it and trying it and its kinda starting to coming around. I found a technique where I slap with the thumb and then use my pointer, middle and ring finger down the strings real quick and I think my only real problem now might be just getting the chord changes down fast enough. I think I might actually get this song in the next few days (more likely weeks). But it seems I finally got that breakthrough I was looking for on it and I just gotta go from there. Thanks for your help fire, still looking forward to your clip.

Fire, I got a Neon question. Do you play each chord with your thumb on the verse? I play the second and fourth with it but not the third and fifth. I think that might be slowing me down a little, especially on the last chord cuz I use my ring finger instead of the thumb. The third chord and the fifth cord are the same fingerings just different places on the guitar. How do you play them, on the last chord, 10x1078x I need to be able to switch to it faster. Could you tell me what fingers you use on that chord and the previous one?

10x1078x... I play it...

e-----------------------------
B------------------8-----------
G---------------7--------------
D-----------10------------------
A---------x---------------------
E------10------------------------
3 4 2 1

...same method for the other chords moved repectively...

and no, I have yet to use my thumb on it...I just didn't even think about it...

the other one where you get the 999910 I just barre that...any other help needed? I will put the Mp3 together tomorrow if I can alright
