Could you possibly sound any better? :?: Every single person who listens to this post better take 1 minute to post a review/praise. A cover this good - as well as your unmatched Minarets cover from months back - deserves all the props it can get.......99% of the people that visit these boards could only wish they sounded this good. Fanstastic work Fire! :D
I'd have to agree with IronMike778......you've got some serious talent man.....I always enjoy listening to your covers.......although....i've never heard your cover of minarets.....any chance you could post it again?
Awesome stuff man!

WOOHOOO 100 posts :D
I gotta do it again...I have the old one, but that had no vocals and was too long...i need to reso an even better version...but I will get it up then
Fire.....you should post Minarets the way it is......unless your vocals version is REALLY killer, the non-vocal one will surely impress plenty. Just my two cents.

As it appears this thread is beginning it's descent to page 2, thus gone forever, I can't believe only 8 or 9 people have actually responded out of the 180+ that viewed it. If a solid post/cover like this can't elicite tons of feedback, what will? Is it because Fire is a known champ on these boards, or what? Not that that's an excuse, but atleast it may be a reason. I don't get it.

Damn, that's one of the most solid covers I've ever heard of this song. Great job fire,.... How many tracks did you use? I'm not sure if I hear three or four. How did you record this? I'm pretty impressed with its quality.
I'm looking forward to hearing your version of Minarets w/vocals! :)

thanks man...and thanks for your remarks Mike, but I just love doing this regardless...in answer to the q' at hand, I use my Boss BR-8 to do my rec...I was having some problems rec. the 12 string, but I believe I used 3 tracks...split that is...to get the stereo sound going...I am getting some bugs worked out of my website, and look to have my covers up by the weekend (tomorrow hopefully)...anywho, that you for the replies guys
