Katie, I don't have a DVD-burner, or else I would gladly do a B&P for you. I'll probably be investing in one soon so I'll try to shoot you a PM then. And to answer your question, it wasn't too hard to learn. I actually first heard Daniel Lanois' version and learned it then. When I found out Dave had covered it, I was elated. Lanois actually plays it in E; Dave moves it up to F. I originally recorded this with the \7, 8 slides between the Fs but it sounded too cluttered so I just strummed the chords, as Dave did at Benaroya.
