Are you saying he faked the song? I don't think so. Listen to his other songs on youtube and you can tell they are legit. Not all of them are perfect. He's playing DX1 on most of them. He said he got his tabs from this site.

I think this is one of his better songs.

You guys are all assholes. Let the guy play,wear, and say whatever the hell he wants. Since when did all of you become perfect? Your all just a bunch of asses looking for someone to hate on. So he does all dave covers.....so what? Are you guys the controlers of all dave covers. I don't think so. Your all a bunch of guys trying to be big and shit. Let the guy play without getting hammered by people like you. I would love to see your dave covers. Then i'll fucking tell you how you fake it and how you suck. Then you'd be pissed at me. Because you think your perfect. I hate how people are these days. HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE thats all everyone does. So why don't give the guy credit for putting his music up online for assholes like you. Give him some constructive critizim and then take a chill pill. I'm blown away by how amazingly rude you are.

Well goodness. It looks like Jack Babineau is a little defensive about his personal penchant for covering Dave Matthews Band songs (psst, and likely lack of originality).
