I think I actually prefer that some people like her and some people hate her....to me thats more of a good sign than ban...better than everyone saying "eh she's not bad."

Very true. Those are the bands that go places; just look at REM; Michael's voice is definitely love it or hate it. Same with Macy Gray, Thom Yorke, Interpol, Arcade Fire, etc.
