My 2nd Recording- Yellow

Unread post by Twostep420 » Tue Apr 11, 2006 11:21 am

Ok, I did this recording using a lot less effects. I did lay down a drum beat that goes on for about 1 minute by itself around the 3:10 mark. I really like the beat so I just left it going for a minute. Anyways, again any feedback is appreciated. Thanks so much.

Random movie quote to make you seem hip and "with it": As long as there's, you know, sex and drugs, I can do without the rock and roll.

the beat is good, the tempo is much quicker than the original but thats ok, its a cover, youre supposed to change it to make it somewhat your own. Much better on the effects this time. They enhance rather dominate the song.

Youre singing was much better this time. Still don't like the effect on the voice though. Try some ordinary reverb or something that wont distort your voice.

The more i listen to this the more i like it, the sped up beat is kinda fun and you sing it a little different which is cool.

Much better, good job
Do I listen to pop music because I'm miserable or am I miserable because I listen to pop music?
