Intro/Solo idea for one of my songs

I was playing around with this today as an intro and possible solo idea for one of my songs. Please don't critique the quality, i just set this down as an idea, im more interested as to what you think of the playing, a little too busy?

I dont think it sounds too clulttered. But I would make the 2 guitars the same level. I feel like the one playing lead is too loud. Maybe that would make it sound better.

ya as i listen too it more i realize one of them was a bit louder.
