Mraz cover "Plane"

Hello again, I just recorded another cover. This time a Mraz song that I've wanted to play since i first heard it.
I am gearing up to play a show in the next upcoming weeks and I am thinking about playing this one. So I recorded this in one track, sorry for the quality still haven't replaced the old mic.

Ya know, I absolutely LOVE the feeling this song portrays when Mraz does it. And yeah, recording quality aside, it's a great cover, I'm just not a fan of the way you do the guitar, a little too percussive for me for this particular song, but hey, that's me. The vocals are really strong, good projection, good annunciation, and way to nail those quick vocal riffs. Good cover, but again, I'd be more a fan of a slightly slower, more dramatic version. Vocals are good. Seems to be the mantra around here lately, since I've started posting recordings.

Jenns4Ever9501, thanks for the response. The version of the song that I tried to portray here is the version that Mraz did in a live show, the first time he played this song for an audience. It is different from the album version in the fact that it is more percussive. I like the album version as well, but I like the percussive version better for some reason. If you listen to any of my other recordings they are all pretty percussive as well so I guess that fits into my style more.

Oh no, don't get me wrong, I'm an incredibly percussive player, I break strings like crazy, and hello, DMB as a primary influence, I just don't really care for it in this particular song. But hey, it's a cover, you can do it any way you want, right? Still a great cover. Good work man.
