Recording equipment

Unread post by Appfro » Fri Jan 06, 2006 4:33 pm

I asked this question to miguel, but apparently he's gone for the time being.

a long time ago i said that i was having problems w/ my condensor mic and you guys told me to get something to provide phantom power. well miguel recommended this:

now i was wondering, i have a digitech pedal that i do all my recording through that feeds it via usb into my computer. will this device hook into the digitech pedal? i'm just wondering what the outputs are and if you guys think it will work well w/ the pedal.

This mixer looks like it has both mono and stereo 1/4" outs and L/R RCAs.

Ive got this mixer, its got the rca tape outs, 1/4 main outs and 1/4 control room outs. If you still want to use the Digitech pedal usb style, youd have to have that last in the chain of the mixer, so it would go -mic to channel 1 or 2 input of the mixer, then the main outs from mixer to the input of the pedal and usb from pedal to comp.
