ok, im just goign to give you suggestions on how to improve.
first of all, i would suggest a metronome. these are key when starting to play. they really help w/ getting rhythm on. your actual guitar stuff wasnt' bad, you hit the right chords and stuff, you just gotta work on the rhythm.
vocals, they need work. im not really sure what you can do other than practice. practice while goign down the road in your car and don't talk, sing w/ it. like fatjack said, you're kinda talking and not singing. also, you may wanna try multitrack. im not sure how you recorded, but im thinking guitar and vocals at the same time? try doing them at different times for now. good luck, keep practicing.
