"I Know" original (now with vocals)

So im taking a recording class as one of my college credits and tomorrow we are just going to set up some mic's and jam. I put this together tonight using my mic (its one of my songs) so that i can show them the song and we can play around with it. Just tell me what you think, i have not really cleaned this up any, i just turned the vocals up some because they where soft comepared to the guitar. This is called "I Know", tell me if you think there is too much dead space in it as of now.

I really like the guitar part. The vocals are hard to hear, but sound pretty good from what i can hear. Maybe try projecting your voice a little more. Singing from your gut. (something i have a problem with doing..) good job though.
