I don't know if its doing it for anyone else but its playing double speed. It sounds like the chipmunks. It may just be my player.

haha kenny, you're not supposed to critique your own material

anyway, i listened to the world is crazy and the start over again. they sound awesome, but i want to see what it sounds like without the background vocals. it sounds too monotonous and hypnotizing to me. your style reminds me of REM, lol.

and to add to that...every song sounds the same, real quick guitar strummy strum. they arent bad but i just got tired of listening. between guitar and voice everything just soundsto similar.

i'm not sure what else to do with my vocal. i never get a take that i like by itself, but have found that it is tolerable when i sing it with guitar and then do another take on top of it.......

thanks Humble...sucker!!!!! got you to comment at least. oh and every is a very strong word....especially considering that you listened to 2 songs. Just in case is all finger picking and That's just life is at a completely different pace and strum and then....well I could go on and on....so every.....not sure about that one.

Thanks smedley i understand the monotonous and the vocal, i wish i could get a good voice.....I mean vocal. Other than that I have to sing on every song.....can't break that monotony. Thanks guys.

and yes....partially, I took the medium bus

I like your style, it has that late 60's-ish folk sound. Sorta like nick drake or Simon & garfunkle. Very nice work-

Thanks juineaux & humble. I'm gonna try and back out one of the vocals a bit and keep trying to get that one good vocal up front rather than that doubled up thing I got going on with some of the songs. I seem to be stuck in that rut lately. Anyway, I got quite a few more songs to record....hopefully soon. I've been banging em out lately, so we'll see. Quality may suffer, but I don't have a studio set up anyway, so it is what it is. Thanks again guys.
