New song I wrote called ballad

Unread post by vec25 » Wed Jun 29, 2005 1:43 pm

its a work in progress ...........let me know what you think

"This world troubles me
Don't know what I wanna be
Deep inside I feel alone
But have to do this on my own
Lost without help feel'n confused
This ain't the life I wish to choose
I try my best thats all I can
I leave my fate in God's hands

Chorus 2x:
I'm crying inside
Try to face my fears
Wish I could go back a couple of years
I'm crying inside
But its ok
Yesterdays gone
Tomorrows another day

This pressure weights heavy on my heart
Too much to handle soon fall apart
Listen to me and not ignore
Is this worth it anymore
(repeat chorus)

Just wanna yell, Just wanna scream (or Sometimes I feel the need to scream)
Release this pain inside of me
I know theres people of this life just like me
You think I give no sympathy
But wheres my sympathy now
Why can't this shit just work out
I feel lost so far away
Maybe I’ll make it back someday”

(repeat chorus)

best

Good lyrics. Just keep in mind songs dont have to rhyme. The only requirement is they have to flow. But the rhyme you have seems to be working well with it. The lyrics seem fine, lets hear a recording.
