Drunkin' Watchtower Cover . . . . Very funny, Check it Out!!

Unread post by Lexington Steele » Fri Aug 15, 2003 3:57 am

After losing the pick, forgetting the lyrics, and a case of beer, here is a cover of watchtower preformed by me and my friend Peter North. Hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoy preping for the recording.

P.S. This song will only be posted for a limited time, until i'm sober and realize what i have done. So check it out while you can.
Peace

Hey i'm sorry but no matter how many beers I have I never sound like that! Sorry to rip on you dude but there were notes missing all through the intro and as far as the song itself.....JUST STAY IN KEY and you can pull off the song. Sorry dude but if I were you and about to play that out anywhere I would want someone to tell me if it was good enough to play. I'm sure that there is potential there...just polish it up before you play anywhere. Sorry if this sounds harsh but it just blunt drunkin honesty. You have the potential just perfect it. I was far worse than that when i started giging so trust me when i say that there is definately hope.....

You probably never think you sound like that after a couple beers...if youre hitting all the notes and staying in key the whole song, you're probably not that drunk. Its not like he was practicing for a gig, or recording a demo...

Impressive. I can hardly play at all when I'm drunk. ;)

Same here. I like to think when I'm baked I can play twice as good, but when I'm drunk is another story.
