was wondering what kind of mic would be good for vocals and guitar but i want to try to stay under 100, if thats asking too much

sorry if this seems like a dum question i havent really bought a mic and i want to make sure that i get everything i need
and also will it have the same type of plug as lets say a guitar amp cable, i thinkgs is like 1/4" or sumthing like that, sorry agian if its a dum quest, never bought a mic

the cable would be an xlr to 1/4...i know you said you want to stay under 100...but if you put in some more, you could pick up a mixer...run the mic, guitar, another guitar, etc. through it, and from the mixer out to an amp, pa, computer...also would let you manage your sound better too...i just picked up a mixer and mic myself...for 150 you can set yourself in a nice direction..just my 2 cents..

shure mics always come with mic clips.. so you dont need to buy one seperatly
im not sure why you would plug a mic into an amp.. thats not what they're intended for
i'm assuming you want to do some home recording, so i would definetly get a small behringer mixer... i think they even have them for about 50 bucks
