Here is my attempt at LIOG. I had posted this in Roastbeef's thread, but was told to start a new thread to get more views. Please let me know what you think. I've never recorded before, and I know my voice is awful, but I would greatly appreciate any criticism you guys have.

Yet another LIOG cover
I really like the way your guitar sounds. The first jam start really cool, but gets a bit busy towards the end.
I like the long jam a lot. You use slightly modified chords, no? They sound a bit fuller than the two note tab.
You did your own thing on the vocals which is cool. Kinda Dylan-like. A little flat and sleepy in spots, but not bad.
Recording quality is okay. A little "tinny" though. What are you using to record?
Good first attempt at recording. Post more!

ok, i listened. overall id say pretty decent. your guitar work is good but your rhythm is a little off. but that just comes w/ practice. i heard some tremelos in there, the ones in the jam were good, the one in the middle of the verses were a little off beat wise, but again, that's just a practice makes perfect thing
The biggest problem i had w/ it was the vocals. you were kinda talking w/ some inflection. i guess my advice would be to keep at it, because it has potential, caue you can definetly tell you're not tone deaf
you just gotta work on getting the words w/ the song. maybe try just putting the guitar down and actually singing the song w/ dave for practice. Well that's all i have. keep up the work, cause it doens't sound bad, just needs a little practice.
