we did this cover with a kid that didnt even know the song on percussion and he caught on good so im puttin it up here.......tell me if the link works and please critique

Ok, this was decent, but I heard a few things here that I didn't like. Your singing is pretty much lifeless, c'mon put some emotion into it. And the percussion sounds like someone slapping couch cushions, not a crisp hit at all. This may be due to a bad microphone, bad drum, or bad percussionist. Also, it sounds like the guitar might be out of tune a little bit.
I thought that your rhythm for the most part was pretty good. And the yell at the end was slightly sharp.

yeah the vocal is a problem isnt it? well thats one of the toughest instruments for most people, includin me! lol. I say you try to sing higher and find your range. Once you find your range, just keep practicing. Keep postin!

ok im not trying to be an ass, but that was horrible! Im not trying to be Simon Cowell or anything but it really wasnt good. I thought i was listening to myself sing, and thats not good! Sorry dude, but i just didnt like it. Maybe it was just me, what do others think?
