Sounds good man. Why don't you record another with vocals? Perhaps we can help you improve. Chances are you are actually better than you think. I know I'm my own worst critic. Feedback from some of my songs posted here have really helped me with my singing.

sounded good, but one problem...
when you transition from intro to verse the first time, you lose the tempo completely. It may be tough on the fingers if you just learned the song, but keep trying (play with a recording of the song, like L@LC)

hmm...i never noticed that but it could be so. I played along with the storytellers version a lot and i noticed my hands to be in the same place as dave's at the same time so i figured all was well but maybe i slow down too much there? Thanks for the feedback though... Ill work on it.

i cant sing...i just learned how to sing and play at the same time for a lot of his songs but i have no singing ability whatsoever. I cant hit high notes at all...i think my voice is a bit to deep for dave style singing. I wish i could though.

You probably sound better than you think. Go ahead and sing it for us. Stay within your range though and don't try to force anything. There's not too many high parts in TB anyway. Give it a try man. You can do it! I was a little timid at first too, but the feedback here has really helped.

I can't believe that we would lie in our graves,
dreaming of things we might have been.
