Recording Software... What do you use?
I don't have any recording equipment, I record off a mic on my computer. Then i use Nero Wave Editor to edit. Do you know any good programs that can edit, mix, and with special effects?

There was a thread asking the exact same question yesterday, just to let you know - these questions are pretty common and you can save everyone some time by checking for them first

everytime i record like a base track and go to record over it, the second layer is 1.297 seconds late. its not a problem because i found the exact amount its off by so i can just move the 2nd layer back. but its annoyingTrippnBill686 wrote:Doesn't for me.praisedave wrote:hmm humm thats the one. its got a pretty messed up delay when layering tho.TrippnBill686 wrote:http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
