The picking part was cool, but once you started the strum in got a little too much like Crash Into Me. Maybe it's just me but I kept hearing that pick the C# and then strum the C#m7. I too heard that out of tune string, but I think it was only really noticable a few times. I think it has serious potential. I like it on a whole.
