I like that, the riff is solid, and your voice is...unique to say the least. Altogether it's nice, especially the echo. bravo

i'm not too interested in my voice... i'm trying to hone in on some songwriting skills. do you think that song would be worth marketing around at all? i'm in nashville and it wouldn't be too hard to take it somewhere, but i'd like some objective opinions about it rather than just my friends saying, "yea, go for it..." is it worth my time?

If you're interested in marketing it, then go for it, unless this isn't the best you have, or that you think you're capable of. It's good. Technically, if this is your final cut, vocals were better towards the end, guitar was buzzing a few times. Cello in there? Woulda been nice to have a small cello improve in besides just following the baseline. But what do i know. take it for what it's worth.

yea i guess the idea behind it is--can you see someone else playing it (adding drums, bass, whatever) and the song making money? does it communicate well, etc? thanks for the input

i thought it was solid work. If you are interested in really marketing it, you might wanna re-record and eliminate the fret buzzing and improve the quality of the walkdown you have in the verse. The vocals were unique, but solid as well. I wasn't too fond of the lyrics, but overall good work.

After listening to this a couple times... IMO It Reminds me of Howie day song "Ghost" there some similarities.
