Am I being paranoid?

Unread post by juineaux » Fri Sep 24, 2004 6:03 pm

Im almost done recording some songs for an album, and one thing is kinda bugging me. Everytime I record this one song of mine the vocals sound out of tune on the first line. I've played it for two other people and neither of them said I was out of tune, so am I just being really paranoid about this sorta thing?

Heres a short clip of the song(sounds out of tune at 0:25). Tell me what you think-

Well at like 23...the first few words you say, it sounds a little off to me. but it gets better as you keep going. i don't know really what to say, cause you wrote the melody. but yea, i hear something that doesn't sound very right.

The holly part sounds a little flat... but to be honest, I have no idea what the hell you just sang.

"Wake up in the mornin' and I'm hardly
Hardly waitin' for the moon to fall past my head again"

That's what I hear. And yeah, the first few words sound flat to me.
