That's amazing man... All those effects in the intro, and you've got em split up into left and right channels and everything, it sounds great. I think you may have carried along a little too much with the effects during the chorus/verses of the song but it's nonetheless amazing.
I'm way out of my league in this competition until I get some good recording stuff, the tiny little microphone in the corner of my laptop isn't gonna cut it I don't think...
Philip what kind of sound editing software are you using man?

THIS IS ONLY AN IMPROV TEASE!!!!!!!!!
This is not my submission everyone...
I put this together in ONE take...ONE time through
This is by no means my actual song...I realize the verses/chorus went on a bit and too much, but like I said, it is a fast slap together of what I wanted to do for the intro...they are 3 week old strings on CHETT and could sound much better and if I had some time to perfect my version and WAIT TIL I GET THOSE REVERBERATED ECHOES AND EERIE "PASSION" VOCALS W/EFFECTS GOING!!!
aS FOR WHAT i USE;
Chett Atkins SST
Boss BR8 recording studio (only about $750)
http://www.sospubs.co.uk/sos/may00/articles/bossbr8.htm
I used two tracks (divided into 4 for the L and R channels)
PLEASE GIVE ME SOME FEEDBACK

yeah, ditto, if I actually practiced any DMB songs once in awhile, maybe...but I suck at most of them at this point...we'll see though, I'm just going to have fun.

I think I'm going to go with the less is more approach and just do a real simple version of Grace is Gone or Where are you Going...

that's not at all what I'm trying to say, gosh, but all means go ahead, this is fun, I'm just saying I don't have the patience to go all out on a dmb cover, I'm just lazy when it comes to that and I don't practice much, I'm still going ot have fun just doing it, seriously, don't worry about it one bit, yours sounds sweet and it should, that's the point! it's all good!

I'm a decent guitar player, but I got nothing on you guys!
That's a sweet track, firedancer; excellent work.
