hey, whats with all the crazy guitar ability bashing? Anyway, I think I'll try Big Eyed Fish. As for vocals, i am undecided, but I'll probably try it even though I've never played a whole song through before, or sang in my life.

ok...who cares if a performer sings or does not sing? i personally do not...if you can't sing, or don't want to sing, then don't...people with crappy voices take away from the music they're playing. I know this because three of friends are in a band, they play good music, but when they try to sing, they aren't very good. Why should anyone have to sing? That was never the point of the contest, but some people have taken it upon themselves to embark upon a crusade to degrade everyone else over their inability or unwillingness to sing because they think it will detract from their GUITAR PLAYING ABILITY. The last time i checked, this was a forum called "Dave's Guitar Discussion" on a dave matthews band GUITAR tab site, and has nothing to do with singing. Would I sing? I don't know, it would depend on my ability to do so. I can sing with some songs, I can't with others, and some that I can sing on, I lose track of rythm in transitions, etc. On a second note, I think that while it is not a DMB song, hearing someone else play stream would be kick ass, and I personally would allow it, but thats up to you superman.

I would like to draw attention to those who have problems with conversing that I did not use words that were unnecessary such as "asshole", "clit", "dick", "fuck", "shit", and "pussy", nor did I use phrasing such as "fuck you", "fuck off", "piece of shit", "you suck", "you can't play for shit", "I'm better than you", and "suck my dick". My argument was made perfectly fine without it, so why do other people have problems doing the same? I know not.

Matt- still conetemplating entering depending upon whether i can figure out a recording/mixing program

Hey NeverKillADream play Stream and knock all of these Dicks outta the water. I don't give a shit if it was a play like Charles Johnson contest if you can rip out Stream then that's money in my book. Good luck to all i'm sure you're all great guitarist's but if you don't accept stream into the contest then who ever is making the rules is just a chickin' shit.
