help with satellite chorus

Unread post by Mjazk26 » Wed Jul 07, 2004 6:56 pm

I can't get the strumming down on the chorus. I see there isn't a video for this and all the post I did a search on have bad links. Can anyone help?

This is what I've done in the past for strumming problems...It may or may not work, but this is how I sort of see it:

*disclaimer*
This is jumbled, but copy and paste into M. Notepad and it will make sense (I hope). The way I did it, you can clearly see the patterns in the strumming. d=down u=up...just in case. Just follow it slowly and work your way up to faster and see if this works...good luck

E:-------------------4-----4--4--4--4--4-----4--4--4--4-
B:----m--x--x--x--x--4-----4--4--4--4--4-----4--4--4--4-

E:------------------------------------------------------
d u d u d u d u d u d u d u d u d u

P.S.-You could connect the three lines of strum tab to make it more clear. Just realize that strumming is just a series of downs and ups so make sure the d u d u d u stuff aligns correctly...I just did it to show the pattern and fit in the reply post area...peace
